The Certified Military Transition Coach™ (CMTC™) Credential Program
The Certified Military Transition Coach™ (CMTC™) credential program, provided by Grandinetta Group, provides International Coaching Foundation (ICF) certified coaches with the expertise to effectively work with U.S. military veterans who are transitioning to civilian roles.
What makes CMTC™ different?
While many government and non-government groups offer transition services to military veterans, these programs focus on the logistics of applying for and attaining a job after separation from military service.
The CMTC™ program is the only solution that addresses the psycho-social challenges faced by transitioning veterans, including loss of identity and adaptation to civilian organizational cultures.
More about the program.
CMTC™ is for ICF-certified coaches and provides rolling cohort dates throughout the year.
CMTC™ is a 10-week credential program that provides 30 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits through International Coaching Foundation (ICF) or Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). The content for this course focuses on military transition frameworks, cultural insight, and integration.
