Grandinetta Group empowers veterans transitioning to civilian careers and offers executive and professional coaching services. Their goal is to provide practical, engaging tools—like training programs and published resources—that build confidence and clarity in navigating civilian work environments and career paths.

Our Approach

Written partnered with Grandinetta Group to deliver both strategic content and creative execution. We redesigned their website to clearly communicate their mission and services while enhancing search engine optimization. We also supported multiple training initiatives—editing and structuring Field Tested II, creating a Military Transition Model quiz, introducing a new “Pre-Detaching” stage, and writing the Civilian Organizations 101 guide. Additional deliverables included reflection questions, quizzes, disruptor scenarios, training activities, and fully scripted slide decks for four submodules.
