Meet the Team

Kate McLean

Kate is an experienced strategist, passionate about finding opportunities to capitalize on and planning the best way to help businesses achieve success. Her background in strategic communication has matured over 20 years in the defense contracting industry.

Kate’s ability to effectively balance commitments simultaneously is manifested in her secret talent, juggling (balls and all the working mom things). She enjoys HIIT cardio, Celine Dion, and a triple shaken hazelnut espresso.

Jan Bayer is a seasoned I/O psychologist whose career has aged like a fine wine. She has extensive expertise in career development, training, focus group development, survey design, program evaluation, and occupational analysis.

Kelly Cramer

Kelly enjoys blending creativity with strategy to keep brands fresh and engaging. She has over 10 years of professional experience in digital marketing and content creation. She thrives on variety (juggling clients, projects, and ideas) ensuring no two days are the same. A people person at heart, she loves collaborating with clients and her teammates.

Although a night owl, Kelly still looks forward to her morning coffee—preferably a dirty chai latte. When she’s not at her desk, she’s likely rearranging a room, indulging in trashy TV, or out for a walk with her baby girl.

Her passion for helping people thrive led her to become a certified health coach, blending psychology and wellness. Whether analyzing workplace culture, developing surveys/training programs, or coaching on sustainable habits, she brings strategy and humor to the table.

Outside of work, Jacki is tuning into health podcasts, playing canasta or mahjong, planning her next trip, or playing pickleball. She also enjoys spending time with her 25-year-old twins, the loves of her life.
